Insulating Varnish
Insulating varnish is a protective resin coating applied to windings and coils to improve dielectric strength, seal out moisture/chemicals, and bond wires for vibration resistance and longer motor life. Used after winding (dip & bake, trickle, or VPI), it penetrates the coil, cures to a tough film, and reduces buzz/hot spots. Ideal for motor/fan/pump windings, transformers, chokes, and repair workshops.
